Q. Is Bedroomtoys.co.uk service totally confidential and discreet?
A. Yes, very discreet. All orders are sent in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. There is no indication on the outside of package as to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. Our reputation has been built on the confidence that our customers have every time they order with us

Q. Is this site secure for online shopping? (Bedroomtoys.co.uk)
A. Yes, our ordering procedure and credit card checkout is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit. See our Security page for more information.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. World-wide shipping is available. We can only ship to the address your bank has on file.

Q. If an item is unsuitable can I exchange it?
A. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money. (Refunds are subject to a £2.50 handling fee)
To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Q. What will it show on my credit card statement?
A. Don’t worry! You card will be billed as MediaBean Ventures Ltd.

Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. You may pay with your Credit Card, debit card including Switch and Solo. You may also pay with a check or money order. If you elect to pay by check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared. When you mail your check, simply include a print out of your shopping cart page.

Q. What should I do if I receive a faulty product?
A. To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
You should then return the goods, with all packaging, to our ‘Returns Warehouse’ -
