Customer Notice: If you are returning goods, please ensure that you include your name,
address and WBO number found on your order confirmation details.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of
receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money.
(Refunds are subject to a £2.50 handling fee) To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non
exchangeable.

4. The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received your order.

5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then
we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
