Bedroomtoys.co.uk is an affiliate partner for MediaBean Ventures Ltd.

1. I am at least 18 years of age and / or have the legal right to possess adult material in my community. I am not offended by adult material including such things as Sex Toys, Bondage, vibrators and other adult products. If I use these services in violation of this agreement, I understand I may be in violation of local and federal laws and am solely responsible for my actions. By entering the website, I will have released and discharged the providers, owners and creators of this site
from any and all liability which might arise.

2. All goods supplied by Bedroomtoys.co.uk remain the property of the vendor MediaBean Ventures Ltd until such time as they are paid for in full. Bedroomtoys.co.uk is the trading name for MediaBean Ventures Ltd (vendor).

3. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor MediaBean Ventures Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

4. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:

A: We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as credit card details. Please see our 'Your Security' page.

B: All goods come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable). Our returns conditions are:

B1. The goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

B2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

B3. The goods must be received back at our office within 14 days from the day you placed your order.

4. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

5. Your credit card is charged in the name of our holding company MediaBean Ventures Ltd.

6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to MediaBean Ventures Ltd within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund).

7. All products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.

8. Bedroomtoys.co.uk cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information or declined credit cards.

9. Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. All material is the copyright of MediaBean Ventures Ltd.

10. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
